If the speed is too high, the steel ball is thrown away, and the blank area is small, but the steel ball is severely worn on the cylinder or bushing.

It is understood that the conventional ball mill equipment is equipped with a good dust removal device, and its dust removal effect can only reach around 60%. From the perspective of the environment, this dust removal effect cannot be satisfactory.

With the improvement of environmental protection awareness, dust removal effect is increasingly caused by enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the dust removal effect of the ball mill and provide secondary dust removal for the ball mill equipment.

Which type dust collector will be better? After a large number of research experiments, our company decided to use the cyclone dust collector as the main dust removal device, and use water dust as a secondary dust removal device. After using this measure, the effect is obvious, the dust removal effect of the ball mill is increased from conventional 60% to about 94%.  First, the cyclone should be sealed in the lower part of the hopper to ensure that there is no leak. Otherwise, this will have a great impact on dust removal efficiency. Second, the thermostat should be adopted to adopt heatup measures to avoid dust collecting effects of dust collectors.

After the ball mill uses secondary dust removal, it can continue to recover a large amount of dust substances, improve the working environment of the equipment, and reduce dust treatment. However, when the ball mill uses two-stage dust removal, pay attention to some precautions.

First, the cyclone should be sealed in the lower part of the hopper to ensure that there is no leak. Otherwise, this will have a great impact on dust removal efficiency. Second, the thermostat should be adopted to adopt heatup measures to avoid dust collecting effects of dust collectors.
