Check if the lubrication line of the horizontal energy-saving ball mill is blocked, or the lubricating oil does not directly enter the lubrication point, and the amount of oil can cause heat.

The oil-saving ball mill has excessive or too small in the rolling bearing of the ball mill. Excessive causes the rolling element to stir the fat, and heat will not be easily distributed. If there is too little lubrication, enough oil should be added according to the regulations, generally should be 1/3 to 1/2 of the bearing gap.

The side gap of the ball bushing of the energy-saving ball mill is too small, the gap between the bushing and the shaft is too large, and the contact point is too much, and a uniform oil film cannot be formed on the bushing. The sealing device at both ends of the grinding body is too tight, or the ferrite of the sealing body directly contacts the grinding shaft. The above problem should be processed according to the cause. Only the side gap of the bearing bushing is too small or the bottom contact angle is too large, and the cylinder must be used with a hydraulic jack, and then the bearing bushing is pulled out from the side of the shaft and scraped off.
